Self-Care Sunday: Time
It’s no secret that I have found myself in a bit of a rut recently. I think everyone finds themselves at different times losing motivation and interest in things that they once enjoyed doing and trying to fall back in love with them doesn’t always work.
Sometimes you just have to give it time.
That’s what I have been doing with quite a few things recently.
This time last year I was really enjoying going to the gym and getting really into health and fitness, this blog, creating videos on YouTube, and getting into photography. Over the last six months or so my interest in all of these things has been pretty flaky and slowly I have stopped doing them. Whilst I was away I realised how much I had been missing all of these things and how having a break from them had helped me to fall back in love with the things I used to enjoy!
I guess the important thing that I have learnt over the last few months is just to give everything time, there’s no need to rush anything, it will happen at th right time.
