My Goals for 2020

Firstly I want to apologise for not completing blogmas. It ended up being one thing too many in an already busy time of year, throw in to the mix being ill and it just didn’t happen for me. But now that I have had some real time to relax and get myself together I am back and getting back into blogging.

I thought the best way to start this year off would be to talk about the things I hope to achieve this year and what I am focusing on. I don’t like to call them resolutions as I feel like using that word is already setting myself up to fail, so here are my goals for 2020.

  1. Walk an average of 10000 steps per day
  2. Visit one new place each month
  3. Read 10 books
  4. No devices one hour before bed
  5. Make healthier food and drink choices

I have a few other things that I hope to do and achieve this year but these are the main things that I want to focus on.

I am really looking forward to the new year and seeing what it has in store for me.
