Last year feels like a blur already.
My goals for 2019 were:
- Reduce screen time
- Walk 10000 steps a day
- Be more organised/ productive
- Watch more films
- Prioritise self care
- Explore more
Did I achieve all of these? Nope. But I think I did achieve them in some way.
I think overall I have reduced the amount of time I spend scrolling through my phone. Although this is still something that I need to work on
My average step count for 2019 was 7716 which realistically isn’t that far off my target and as it is one of my goals again this year I think with a bit more effort I could actually achieve it.
I feel like I am constantly working on decluttering. I still have a wardrobe ready to explode so it’s work in progress. However I think this is something that is a continuous cycle so will continue for a while yet.
I think my organisation definitely slipped towards the end of the year and I stopped being as productive with my time. However I have already kick started this year again with being more organised so fingers crossed I keep it up!
I definitely saw a lot more films this year and I am going to be keeping this up this year. I plan to keep a record of all of the films I watch this year so that I can share my top films at the end of the year. I would also like to try to keep up with seeing films in the cinema this year as we saw quite a few new releases this year.
I have definitely worked really hard on my self care this year which is why things like this blog went periods of time without being updated. I think now I need to progress this to being able to manage my self care and keep up with other things in my life.
I think this is one that I achieved the most however I want to continue it as there are more places that I want to see.
