Back last year (it’s weird to say last year for 2019 – I’m still not used to it) in November Marysia and I went to see Lucy Spraggan again.
Lucy Spraggan is one of the people who whenever there are dates released for Cardiff I always try to go as it is always a good gig. So on Sunday 24th November 2019 we made our way down to Clwn Ifor Bach.
As always this gig didn’t disappoint. The set list was great and her support act, Katie Kittermaster was really good and I have added her to my several of my spotify playlists. I also really enjoyed their version of ‘Stick the Kettle On’ plus it was a nice touch to bring Katie back on to perform this song with.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from the venue Clwb Ifor Bach as I hadn’t been there before. I tend to prefer the smaller venues as it is a much better vibe. The only downside of this kind of venue is you tend to hear people talking around you a lot more which can be a bit frustrating.
The merchandise on this tour was great and I managed to get myself a new sweatshirt, which has the lyrics from one of my favourite songs on it.
